Lorenzo Brente Returns to Professional Boxing with FSB Management
Lorenzo Brente is returning to professional boxing after building an international career in fashion, art and business. The France-based boxer, who is of Mauritian heritage, will work with FSB Management to find suitable fights and negotiate bout terms as he builds his career on the international circuit.
Where it all started
Brente discovered boxing at 16. In his early competitive years, he recorded eight victories, six by knockout. The discipline he developed in the gym and the determination he brought to competition would stay with him as his career took him into fashion, art and entrepreneurship.
An international career beyond the ring
Brente built a modelling career across several countries, taking part in fashion shows and Fashion Week events. His work in the industry includes projects and collaborations involving Nike, Valentino, Maison Mihara Yasuhiro, BoohooMAN, Saint Owens and Valette Studio. His fashion career also brought him into contact with international editorial outlets, with appearances and features associated with Vogue, WWD, Grazia and Adams Magazine.
Working in fashion gave Brente an understanding of how brands develop their identity and present themselves. He built on that experience by moving into creative direction, strategic consulting and entrepreneurship, working across fashion, art and the wider creative industries.
Painting has become another part of his career. His work explores portraiture, the human body, femininity and identity, using texture and contemporary forms to express emotion. His artistic career has taken him into gallery spaces, including Galerie 28 in Reims, France. He has also explored design, art direction, DJing and music production.
How FSB Management will support his return
Led by director Georges Ngay-Katalay, FSB Management will identify suitable opponents and events, open discussions with promoters and matchmakers, and assess fight offers with Brente. When authorised, FSB Management will negotiate purses and other bout terms on his behalf. Brente will have the final say on which fights he accepts.
Matt Buser of Buser Legal continues as Brente’s personal attorney and manager, providing legal and strategic guidance. FSB Management’s role in the collaboration centres on fight opportunities and negotiations with promoters.
Brente is also expected to appear at upcoming Boxing Grand Prix (BXGP) events. FSB Management leads matchmaking and supports event logistics for the promotion.
A return to his roots
After several years developing his work in fashion, art, business and music, Brente is returning to the sport where his competitive journey began. His ambition is to establish himself on the international professional boxing circuit and carry his Mauritian heritage with him into the ring.
